Dear Beautiful Soul,
I am so thrilled that you are seeking support and that you are curious about working with me. This is the first step of many as you learn how to show up for yourself. Doing this deep, inner work is not always easy. Facing the parts of your life that feels heavy takes courage and a willingness to be vulnerable. I promise you, it will be worth it. And, I promise I will be with you each step of the way. :)
What I offer is not a standard “health plan”. We are going to go way, way beyond physical habits and surface-level changes. I believe that our well-being is about so much more than just the actions we take; it’s about the state of rapport we have with ourselves. While feeling vibrant in your body is important, there is so much more for us to explore. I believe that you are already whole and complete, and you have everything you need within you to feel grounded, centered and at peace.
I want you to know this is not an overnight solution. My process will allow you to bloom fully and vibrantly, just like creating a beautiful garden. When you start a garden, it takes both time and loving care to see your gorgeous results; tending to the soil of your soil, watering your spirit regularly, and gently clearing the beliefs that no longer serve you.
