5 Day Reset

This group reset includes a 5-day meal plan with dozens of healthy (and tasty) recipes. Join an online community, connect and get support as you go through the program. We kick things off with a live group training that includes food prep tips to make it easier to start off strong. At the end of the program, we’ll get together again with tools to transition back into the real world.

NLP Change Work

Neuo-linguistic Programming (NLP) works with subconscious thought patterns to bring about change. Together we will look into these hidden aspects and create new meanings for you to be free of what is holding you back. NLP sessions can be done in person or virtually.
