Getting To The Root
A tree doesn’t become strong because its branches are perfect. It is the roots that keep it nourished and deeply connected. Lasting change doesn’t come from managing the surface: food restrictions, doing more, or trying to “fix” yourself. That’s when you are pruning the branches.
Foundational shifts happen at the roots - where your self-worth resides, where your patterns take shape, and where trust is rebuilt. When we strengthen those roots, stability becomes your baseline… and your life grows from there.
This Is About Choices, Not Willpower
If you have ever felt frustrated with yourself, like you “know better” but keep falling into the same patterns, you are not broken. You are human! Many of the habits you want to change (overthinking, people-pleasing, shutting down, etc.) aren’t discipline problems. They are actually protective strategies your nervous system learned long ago.
Our work together is holistic. We support your emotional world, your inner safety, and your relationship with your body. In doing so, your choices begin to come from self-trust instead of self-pressure.

I use Intuitive Coaching and Neuro-Linguisitic Programming (NLP) to gently update the beliefs and patterns that shape your choices, behaviors and self-image. NLP helps us work with the unconscious mind where many of the “I am not enough” stories live. We will create new neural pathways rooted in compassion, confidence and self-trust.
This isn’t about fixing you.
Under many repeated patterns (cravings, scrolling, overworking, shutting down) there is often an unmet need (safety, connection, belonging, rest). When you meet the need beneath the pattern, everything loosens up. You gain real choice again. From that place, you are able to create health that is sustainable.
